How far in advance should I book a ride?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance whenever possible. For last-minute or same-day rides, please call us at (602) 890-4668 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can you wait during my appointment?
Yes. We can provide wait-and-return service. After an initial grace period, additional wait time is billed in increments. This is often more comfortable than scheduling two separate rides.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we primarily work with private-pay families and facilities. Some clients are later reimbursed by their insurance or case manager; we can provide receipts or invoices as needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and can arrange invoicing for approved facilities. Payment details are confirmed when we finalize your booking.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
In most cases, yes. Please mention any accompanying passengers when you request your ride so we can plan seating and vehicle selection accordingly.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Sun City and surrounding communities. For longer-distance transports, please contact us for a custom quote.
